This sweet and tangy Apple and Pear Chutney is a great all-rounder, combining the sweetness of juicy pears with tart green apples together with juicy sultanas. A touch of ginger and cinnamon adds warmth and depth. It pairs very well with all cheese and cheese dishes and adds a fruity finish to other savoury dishes such as pulled pork, halloumi and chicken burgers.
