You can place orders to be delivered on any of your scheduled Pioneer delivery days up to two months into the future.
Delivery cut-off times?
The cut off time for next delivery day is 10:30pm the night before and for second deliveries in the Carlisle area is 10am.
Can I pay for my orders online?
Unfortunately payments cannot be taken online. All orders are payable by payment methods agreed in your account and credit application form when you signed up. If you wish you can speak to our of our accounts team to discuss your payment options or setting up direct debits.
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘forgot your password?’ link on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How do I approve members of staff to our online account?
If a member of staff has requested an online account you can approve or remove them in User Management tab in my account settings. Go to 'My Account' by clicking on your name in the top right hand of the screen from any page to show drop down menu. This will load your account dashboard. From here click 'User Management' this screen will allow you accept or decline users to the site and allow you to set what account features they will have access to.
I can’t download my invoices or statements?
To be able to download and view account documents you will require a pdf reader such as Adobe DC. Click here to download.
How do I amend or cancel my order?
If you would which to add to your order, you can simply place another order online before the delivery cut off for your selected day and this will be added to your existing order.

Where is My Products?
You can find a link to your favourites (My Products) by looking in the store footer under 'Useful Info'.
We are working on making this more prominent on the site and placing it in the menu bar.
