Bao Hirata Buns

From Frozen unless otherwise stated Microwave: (1900W): Place two buns on a microwaveable plate, cover and heat on full power for 20 secs (from frozen) or 10 secs (from defrost). Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Remove outer packaging. For best results steam reheat. Steam: Place buns on top of the greaseproof paper discs (supplied in the box) and place on a wire rack with a 5cm gap between each bun. Steam on full power (100%) for approx. 5 mins (from frozen) or approx. 4 mins (from defrost). Hob: Place buns on top of the greaseproof paper discs (supplied in the box) and place on a wire rack or bamboo steamer over a pan of boiling water. Steam for 10 mins (from frozen) or steam for 5 mins (from defrost). Ensure a core temperature of >75°C is achieved (or relevant national requirements) for at least 30 secs before serving. These are guidelines only. Appliances may vary. Do not reheat once cooled. Defrosted shelf-life: 10 days (chilled, stored in an airtight container).
