Frying pan: Pre heat oil in frying pan on a medium heat and cook for approx. 18-20 minutes, turning frequently
Oven: Pre heat the oven to 200°C/Fan and cook for approx. 18-22 minutes
Grill: Pre heat grill and cook on high medium heat for approx. 15-18 minutes turning frequently
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
