Basque cheesecake; a rich, creamy vanillla cheesecake without a biscuit base. It's baked in a hot oven to create a unique dark caramelised crust and giving it a rich taste of caramel and toasted sugar.

Often called a burnt basque cheesecake, this is a cheesecake with a difference!

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen, do not refreeze once defrosted.
Directions For Use
Remove all packaging and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours or overnight. Alternatively, remove individual portions and allow to defrost for 3 hours in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
