All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Microwave (900 Watt or Category E). Reheat from Frozen. Pierce film several times and microwave on full power for 3 minutes, turn the dish and microwave on full power for a further 3 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot (+75c). Stir and serve.
