If youve underestimated your level of business and need to defrost frozen product quickly, its best to defrost ¼ or ½ pies, slices separated, under refrigeration. Be sure to put defrosted slices back in the cooler.
Plated Slices: Under refrigeration 1-2 hours
Holds best when kept covered in cooler, away from the door and from foods with strong odors.
