Store in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
Directions For Use
Dry mix: 115g/200g/1kg
Approximate Water Cold: 120ml/200ml/1 litre
Approximate Water Boiling: 450m/800ml/4 litres
Approximate 55 ML Portions:12/20/100
1. Blend the correct weight of dry Custard Mix with the correct measure of cold water to form a smooth paste. 2. Add the paste to the boiling water, stirring continuously. 3. Return to the heat and bring back to the boil whilst continuing to stir the mix. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Do not overcook. Best served hot. 4. Any leftover custard should be cooled and stored in a refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours.
