Prevents discolouration in fresh cut chips and peeled potatoes.
Storage Instructions
Store upright, in tightly closed original containers, in a cool dry well ventilated location away from extremes of temperature.
Directions For Use
¢ Peel & chip potatoes, wash thoroughly to remove starch.
¢ Mix 1g of Drywite Formula 2 to each litre of water sufficient to cover the required quantity of chips.
¢ Dip for 15 minutes.
¢ Drain solution and allow to dry for 1 hour before cooking.
¢ Store treated chips at approx. 10°C in a dry place
