Pork flour airbag is made from cleaned, de-fatted, dehydrated pig skin. Its flavour is similar to bacon, and has a clear colour with a light brown hue.

It can be used in place of panko or breadcrumbs to create an extra crispy texture.

The screw top tub allows for easy storage and freshness.
