¢ Defrost individual slices at room temperature for 2 hours
¢ Defrost whole case at room temperature for approximately 4 hours.
¢ Once defrosted slices must be sold and consumed within 21 days
¢ The 21 day Best Before Date must be applied by the retailer/caterer.
¢ Do not refreeze once defrosted.
