Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Once reconstituted, chill to below +4°C and use within 2 days.
Directions For Use
Gradually whisk the contents of this bag into 5 litres of water until the powder is completely dispersed. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes then whisk again briefly but vigorously before pouring into a commercial ice cream freezer. For scoop ice cream, add 400g and mix as above.
