Directions For Use
Microwave (State Wattage): 750 watts 9 mins 45 secs
850 watts 9 minutes
1000 watts 7 min 30 seconds
Cook from frozen. Place the pouch on a microwaveable dish and cut the corner of the pouch. Cook on full power for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 2 minutes, gently shake the pouch from side to side and return to the microwave and continue to cook for 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once cooked, carefully cut along the top of the pouch with a pair of scissors. Empty the contents onto a plate or serving dish and stir sauce before serving.
Oven: Fan 180 Electric 200 Gas 6
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Empty pouch into an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven and cook for 50 minutes. Remove foil and turn shank, return to oven for a further 15 minutes. After cooking stir the sauce and pour over the shanks.

Other: All appliances vary. For best results, oven cook from frozen. Preheat oven.
