Place potato on a microwaveable plate and cook on Full Power for 5 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Pre-heat oven to 240°C, 475°F, Gas Mark 9.
Place potato on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes.
