Directions For Use
Preparation: Traditional cooking: Add pasta to a pan of lightly salted boiling water (1kg pasta for 10L water). Cook for 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally. Drain and serve. Double cooking: Cook for 5 min in lightly salted boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with 20g of oil and store in fridge for min. 2h. Reheat for 40 seconds in boiling water/ 2 min in fully steamed combi oven at 100°C.
