Step 1: Allow 1 block of noodles per person.
Step 2: Plunge them into a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4 minutes.
Step 3: Drain well and serve immediately.
For best results, rinse in cold water, drain, then add to your stir-fry just before serving and toss all ingredients together.
