· Preheat the oven to 210°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 (For fan assisted ovens 200°C/400°F)
· Arrange your McCain Oven Chips in a single layer on a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven
· Bake for 20 minutes until crisp and golden
· Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking
