Mixing Instructions
For Traditional Pancakes:
Mix in a ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1.25 litres of COLD water.
For Crepes:
Mix in a ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1.5 litres COLD water. Mix to a smooth consistency, beating out all of the lumps.
Cook in a pan or griddle as required.
