A frozen moist two layered lemon sponge, baked with free range egg lemon curd and fresh lemon zest, topped with a lemon drizzle wash. The cake is filled with a layer of geranium flavoured buttercream and a layer of lemon curd, then topped with hand piped swirled rose decoration, and finished with scattered dried edible rose petals, nibbed pistachio nuts and lemon curd drops.

Keep frozen at -18°C or colder.
Directions For Use
Defrost for 24 hours in a refrigerator. Once defrosted store in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Use within 7 days. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
