Made just outside Lisbon to a traditional Portuguese 'Pastel de nata' recipe.
A Portuguese speciality combining a light, crisp pastry case with a creamy, sweet egg custard filling that when baked gives a caramelised finish.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed do not refreeze.
Directions For Use
Thaw the product at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heating in preheated convection oven at 200°C during 10-12 minutes.
Product Ingredients
Filling 63%: Sugar, water, MILK, EGG yolk (from barn eggs), WHEAT flour, EGG white (from barn eggs), dried MILK, corn starch, thickener (E415).
Dough 37%: WHEAT flour, vegetable margarine (vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, rapeseed, coconut), water, lemon juice concentrate), water, salt.
