Made just outside Lisbon to a traditional Portuguese 'Pastel de nata' recipe.
A Portuguese speciality combining a light, crisp pastry case with a creamy, sweet egg custard filling that when baked gives a caramelised finish.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Directions For Use
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 16 minutes. Leave to cool and display. (Core product temperature must reach 70C for 2 minutes).
