McDougalls raspberry jelly crystals are the quick and easy way to make perfec traspberry jelly every time. Simply add a splash of hot water, stir until the cubes are all dissolved and then pop it in the fridge for a few hours.

Cereal, Celery, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Sulphur Dioxide, Soya
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Made up jelly is best stored in a refrigerator below 5ºC and eaten within 48 hours.
Directions For Use
Approximate Yield Guide

Jelly Crystals - 100g / Boiling Water - 230ml / Cold Water - 285ml / To Make - 568ml.

Jelly Crystals - 175g / Boiling Water - 400ml / Cold Water - 500ml / To Make - 1 Litre.

Jelly Crystals - Whole bag (3.5kg) / Boiling Water - 7 Litres/ Cold Water - 11 Litres/ To Make - 20 Litres.

Overall pack yield - 21.5kg (20 litres)

Make-up instructions
1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water
2. Stir well until completely dissolved
3. Add the cold water and stir well
4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator

NB: Adding pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.
Storage After Opening
Keep bag tightly closed after part use.
