Keep frozen at -18oC or lower. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Directions For Use
Remove the scallops from the packaging, place into a dish, cover and defrost overnight in a refrigerator. Ensure fully defrosted before use. Drain before cooking.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24hrsThis product is raw and should be thoroughly cooked before serving.
To pan fry: Pre-heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, or on a skillet, on a medium to
high heat. Add the scallops and cook for approximately 3 minutes on one side. Turn over
and cook for a further 3 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
To grill: Place under a preheated moderate grill for 3 minutes on each side or until fully
cooked.
To steam: Place in a steamer for approximately 7 minutes or until fully cooked
