Directions For Use
For best results, cook from frozen.
This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200C / 400F/ Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging. Wrap loosely in foil and place on baking tray in centre of oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Note: Frozen salmon can be cooked sous-vide without defrosting it first and without a detrimental effect on the quality of the fish. As a guide, set the sous vide machine to 130°F (54°C). The thicker the salmon is the longer it will take to cook. It takes about 45 minutes to cook a 1-inch frozen salmon and 60- 70 minutes for 1.5-inch.
