Premium Scottish Atlantic Salmon sourced from accredited sea farms. Produced in a British Retail Consortium "AA" accredited smokehouse in Annan.
The salmon is smoked over a bed of oak wood to create a bold smoke flavour. It is allowed to rest after smoking to enable the sea salt & oak wood notes to permeate throughout the fillet.
Fully trimmed by hand. Sliced diagonal (D cut). Minimal brown meat left on the slice and back on skin.
