Each loaf is hand folded and baked on stone. A unique, slow mixing process and longer resting times guarantee better hydration of the dough, resulting in bread with an open structure, a mild sourdough taste and longer freshness.

Directions For Use
Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 240°C. Bake at 210°C for 14 - 16 minutes. Cool down for 60 minutes at room temperature.
