Directions For Use
Preparation: Traditional cooking: Add pasta to a pan of lightly salted boiling water (1 kg pasta for 10 L water), cook for 7 min or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Drain and serve. Double cooking: Cook for 5 min in lightly salted boiling water, then drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with 20g of oil and store in fridge for min. 2h. Reheat 40 sec in boiling water/ 2 min in fully steamed combi oven at 100°C.
