Directions For Use
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove plastic sleeving, cut into 15mm slices and heat thoroughly as per the instructions below:
n.b if you prefer thicker slices the cooking times will need to be adjusted accordingly.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the white pudding slices and fry over a medium heat for 4 minutes turning once.
Brush lightly with oil and place under a pre heated medium to hot grill and cook for 6 minutes, turning once.
