DEFROSTING overnight at 5°C.

DEMOULDING - Remove outer packaging and dip the base of
the terrine into hot water for 10 seconds and turn out
SLICING - Slice with a knife dipped in hot water
SPREADING - spread direct from the pack
STORAGE - if taken out of the tub, wrap in clingfilm ensuring all surfaces are in
contact with parfait to prevent discolouration.
