Dry Mix Approx Water To make
1kg 100ml 1.05kg
Whole bag (3.5kg) 350ml 3.8kg
1. Place the McDougalls Flapjack Mix in a mixing bowl. Select the beater mixing attachment.
2. Blend in the correct amount of water, using a beater on SLOW speed for 15 seconds. DO NOT OVER MIX.
3. Place into a greased 25cm x 35cm tin. Press down lightly with the back of a spoon to level. Bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 30-35 minutes until the edges are tinged golden brown. For fan-assisted ovens, cook at 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3.
