This sumptuous Plum Extra Jam is made from the best quality plums, picked at the peak of ripeness to capture their full flavour. Great on hot buttered toast and toasted teacakes. It also works incredibly well in savoury dishes such as a glaze for roasted meats or stirred into pan juices to create a fruity jus. In baking try using as the base of a Bakewell tarts.
